Videography and Photography Panel

The purpose of this Request for Quote is to obtain a panel of highly qualified and experienced suppliers who can provide videography and photography services to support content development for a range of ad-hoc internal and external communication initiatives, including staff engagement, training, website content, and ad-hoc organic social media campaigns.

Scope of Work

The successful providers will be required to deliver the following:

• Internal Communication Videos: Filming and editing short-form videos for staff events and updates, leadership messages, and internal campaigns.
• Photography: Capturing professional images of staff, facilities, and operations for use in internal newsletters, reports, presentations and the intranet.
• Website Content: Producing visual content that aligns with our brand and enhances the user experience on our corporate website.
• Training Materials: Creating instructional videos and photography to support staff onboarding and operational training.
• Social Media Assets: Delivering engaging, platform-appropriate content to support our organic digital presence and community engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate videography and photography.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work on-site across various locations as required.
• Strong understanding of brand alignment and storytelling.
• Timely delivery of edited and formatted content.

Scope of work will exclude:

• All video and photography for Hunter Waters marketing and advertising campaigns
