Provision of Security Services- Expression of Interest (EOI)

Griffith University (“Customer”) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified providers (“Supplier”) for the Provision of Security Services.

The scope of services encompasses a range of security functions essential to supporting the University’s operational and safety needs. These include campus support, reception and information duties; rapid response to alerts, alarms and emergency help calls; as well as response and management of both critical and acute incidents. The scope also covers ad hoc event security and, where necessary, CCTV surveillance. Physical Penetration Vulnerability Assessments may be required, along with the provision of expert advice in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design.

The supplier must accept responsibility and delivery for patrolling, traffic and parking compliance, escort services, and the locking and unlocking of buildings and rooms each day. Additional responsibilities include mental health first aid response and management, supervision of security staff, general first aid, and fire alarm isolations.
