Tender Description

This procurement will establish standing offer arrangements for ongoing, ad-hoc supply of Educational Content Writing Services to support TAFE SA’s Centres of Excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and National Security, as well as other course offerings.

TAFE SA requires quality, accessible and engaging learning and assessment to be developed to supplement internal resourcing. Content developed is expected to align with relevant training packages or curriculum requirements, used by TAFE SA across blended and online delivery modes.

Educational Content Writing service categories are:

  • Generic content writing services
  • Specialised content writing services (Early Childhood Education and Care and National Security)

Services may include but are not limited to:

  • Development of both accredited and non-accredited products
  • Unit of Competency (UoC) development according to Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF), Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) and Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) requirements
  • Curriculum development to meet UoC requirements in breadth, depth and use of sector language in plain English
  • Potential to undertake content research to inform educational content.

Learning and assessment or training products required may include but are not limited to:

  • Learning resources such as learning scripts, learning activities, documents, workbooks, quizzes which can be digitally compatible
  • Training delivery resources such as delivery plans, session plans and delivery resources
  • Digital resources such as podcasts, videos, PowerPoint presentations, e‑learning modules
  • Assessor guides such as assessor instructions, checklists, marking guides that include benchmark answers
  • Mapping tools for learning resources and assessments aligned to UoC
  • Forms, templates and business documents such as policies and procedures when referenced in learning and assessment materials
