Boundary fence North Wellard Primary School

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the installation of a Boundary Fence at North Wellard Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to:

• A perimeter fence is to be installed on the boundary of Lot 164 as per fencing detail provided (Conservation Style).
• Crossover to be constructed at location identified.
• Reinstate existing firebreak on inside of lot boundary.
• Removal/clearing of any vegetation around the perimeter to allow fencing to be installed. Please note that any established trees should not be removed and removal should be as per “A guide to the exemptions and regulations for clearing native vegetation”
• Vehicle boom gate to be installed adjacent to the crossover location identified below, with space for at least 2 padlocks and as per the specification provided.
• Slashing and bare earth works – ground shark mulcher to clear fence line and ready firebreaks to have bare earth – slashing fence line where outside of firebreaks – Bare earthworks with stick rake to fire break
• Trim hedges impacted by slashing to make site look tidy.
• Remove all cut vegetation from site
• Remove all construction waste from site
• Approval from Council regarding crossover as per “City of Kwinana Crossover Spec”

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Lot 164 Wellard Rd, (Corner of Wellard Rd and Runnymede Gate.), North Wellard on 20 January 2026 11:30 AM.

The location of the Site briefing will be Lot 164 Wellard Rd, North Wellard WA 6170, however this doesn’t transfer into Maps. The location is on the corner of Wellard Rd and Runnymede Gate North Wellard.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
