Project goals

The upgrade of existing staff 2-bedroom accommodation, to match as best the new key worker accommodation colours, flooring, and furnishings, etc.

Note: An optional site inspection has been confirmed for Friday, 23rd January 2026, 10:00 to 11:00. Meet in the main MPS carpark, 1-5 Hinkler Street, Tullamore, NSW 2874.

Scope

Works as per the attached scope of work (SOW) and supporting attachments.

Included in scope, Supply and install, including associated builders' margin, FF&E, as per the Suite Design Quote and the product image dated 17/12/2026, and

V3- Scope of Works reflects additional inclusion.
