Cleaning Services for Statewide Services Centre

The Department of Education (the Department) requires the provision of cleaning services for the Statewide Services Centre located at 33 Giles Avenue, Padbury in Western Australia.

These services are required to maintain the facility’s hygiene standards and to ensure the health and safety of all its occupants.

The Statewide Services Centre serves as a multiservice Department office facility which operates Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. Throughout the year, the facility remains open for 51 weeks.

This site accommodates approximately 600 staff members. Beyond its administrative functions, it serves as a venue for training sessions, hosting events for up to 50 weeks, annually. The site also houses an early childhood centre and specialised schools that cater to students with special educational needs, including those related to disability, sensory issues, behaviour, and engagement.
