Management and Operation of the Riverside Swimming Centre

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced operators for the ongoing management and operation of Council's Riverside Swimming Centre for the period from 21 September 2026 to 20 September 2031.

The complex, located at Eden Street, Riverside, includes amenities and entry building, outdoor heated 33m main pool, grandstand, waterslide and pool, paddling pool and junior's pool.

Completed tenders must be emailed to tenders@wtc.tas.gov.au displaying the contract number and description in the subject heading. Tenders must be received by 12 noon on Wednesday, 28 January 2026.
