1 Senior Scheduler

The Scheduler will contribute to the successful development, preparation and maintenance of the Program’s master schedule and contribute to the management of Program dependencies.

Activities will include monitoring, tracking and evaluation of program activities, identifying risks and developing and facilitating intervention procedures where required, and working with stakeholders across the Program to maintain, monitor and provide analysis and reporting on the master schedule.

The Scheduler will also be responsible for the development, preparation and maintenance of high-quality Program documentation including communication artefacts, briefings, decision papers, presentations, plans and reporting artefacts.

The Scheduler will have excellent relationship management skills, forming and maintaining positive working relationships across Program and agency.

The candidate must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement
