Multi-Function Devices - Photocopiers Printers Scanners

Colac Otway Shire invite suitable contractors for supply, ongoing maintenance and consumables of multi function devices that copy, scan and print. These support the administrative functions of Council.

The work to be performed include the rental, supply, delivery, maintenance, consumables and return at end of contract.

*note for suppliers intending to submit a response.

• Allow sufficient time to upload your submission to the eProcure portal before the close date and time of 2.00pm as large files may take some time to load.
• Failure to fully upload your submission by the close time will result in being locked out of the portal.
• Late submissions will NOT BE ACCEPTED unless it can be proven that exceptional circumstances prevented the timely upload of your response.
