Booraka Danjoo - Coordinated Outreach Services Perth Metropolitan – Southern Corridor

The State Party is seeking to procure services for the delivery of coordinated outreach services (Booraka Danjoo) in the Perth Metropolitan Southern Corridor. 

The Booraka Danjoo service model is a rapid approach to identify, engage, and provide support to improve health and housing outcomes for people experiencing rough sleeping in the Perth Metropolitan area. This involves engaging with and assessing individuals to identify appropriate support and housing and accommodation options.

A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. The briefing presentation and responses to any questions asked will be provided as an Addendum to the Request on Tenders WA.
