Tender Description
Suppliers are invited to submit an offer for the provision of Salary Packaging Services, including:
a. Vehicles
b. E-bikes
c. Computers
d. Phones
e. Laptops
f. Study fees
g. Subscriptions
Salary Packaging Services should include:
- an online user portal for managing, reviewing and updating salary package details.
- information sessions available to i) prospective and ii) new and current salary package holders (at least two per annum per type).
- appropriate staffing levels to manage customer requests in the agreed time-frames.
The following is out-of-scope for this Contract:
1. For vehicles:
(b) Home electric vehicle charging stations and infrastructure,
(c) Salary Packaging of:
a. Motorcycles, scooters and motorised push-bikes,
b. Caravans and motorhomes,
c. commercial vehicles (designed to carry more than one (1) tonne and/or greater than nine (9) passengers)
d. large work vans (not passenger vans).
2. For other items:
(a) Mortgage repayments.
