Expression of Interest for Shared Use Licence at Reid Oval Vacant Building

⁠⁠⁠Warrnambool City Council seeks proposals from Community Groups for weekday daytime use of the building located at Reid Oval in Albert Park. The building has been vacant as of 1 January 2026, and Council is inviting submissions from eligible organisations interested in occupying and improving the building under a shared use licence agreement.

This EOI process aims to identify suitable Community Groups that can:

•  Make effective daytime use of the building for community purposes.
•  Contribute to the improvement and ongoing maintenance of the building.
•  Deliver community benefit through their activities and presence in Albert Park.
