Camp Quaranup Food, Groceries and Packaging

⁠⁠⁠The Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport (CITS/ the Customer) requires a panel contract for the supply and delivery of groceries, fresh produce and disposable kitchenware and food packaging required for the delivery of catering services at Camp Quaranup (the Camp).

The Panel Arrangement will include the following nine (9) Categories:

• Category A - Shelf Stable, Non-Perishables and Dry Goods 
• Category B - Bakery Products 
• Category C - Ready-to-drink Beverages (non-alcoholic) 
• Category D - Fresh Meat, Poultry and Small Goods 
• Category E - Frozen Meat, Poultry, Seafood and Savoury Products 
• Category F - Fresh Fruit and Vegetables (including prepared vegetables) 
• Category G - Frozen Fruit and Vegetables
• Category H - Dairy Products (including yoghurt, cheese, milk, and eggs)
• Category I - Disposable Kitchen Products and Food Service Packaging

Respondents are able to nominate for one or more categories

Briefing

A briefing session will be held at CITS Great Southern Regional Office, 22 Collie Street, Albany on 19 March 2026 4:00 PM.

A non-mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted in-person and online.
