Manawatū Sewer Network Pipe Relining Programme 2026-2029

⁠⁠⁠The Manawatū District Council invites proposals for the Manawatū Sewer Network Pipe Relining Programme 2026-2029. MDC have recently completed a CCTV inspection regime across Feilding, Sanson, and Rongotea. These inspections have identified a number of wastewater pipes requiring relining and maintenance works.

Council’s intention for this contract is to enter into a three (3) year contract with two (2) rights of renewal (3+1+1) in which pipe relining is completed across Feilding, Sanson, and Rongotea.

Suppliers must respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) for all of the included deliverables. If two or more Respondents intend to submit a joint proposal, there must be a lead in the consortium.
