Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contracts for the specialist commercial fit-out for 1 Nicholas Street.
This Request for Tender (RFT) outlines the Scope of Works (SOW), technical requirements, and project deliverables to enable tenderers to prepare a comprehensive and compliant offer. Definitions contained within the standard contract apply to this package, supplemented by additional terms including the Base Building NABERS Rating, and Preliminary Design Package (PDP) requirements.
