⁠⁠⁠Project goals

The scope of this engagement includes the following:

• Supply of Cameras and Accessories: Procurement of Bosch and Axis cameras along withmounts, enclosures, power supplies as per order requested from time to time.
• Shipping to Office: All equipment will be shipped directly to the designated office location as stated in the Purchase Order. Suppliers are not expected to deliver or distribute equipment to deployment sites.

Respondents have an option to quote for Bosch Cameras and/or Axis Cameras. Respondent isto clearly define if you are quoting on one brand of cameras or both.TfNSW have the rights to select one or more suppliers to provide the goods.Proposed contract term, including options is 3+1+1 years.

Scope

Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW), Transport Management Centre (TMC) is a centrallocation for managing NSW Transport network in real time. The TMC video system is avital asset used to assist in the:

• Monitoring of the Transport network;
• Commanding traffic operations on the network and coordinating the management of incident responses, planned disruptions and special events;
• Event Management
• Controlling of traffic; and
• Disseminating Transport information to various other service providers and media

The Field Technology Team, which manages critical infrastructure and leads the maintenance and expansion of surveillance and situational awareness systems, hasidentified a need for additional CCTV cameras. This growing requirement stems from significant network expansion and the ongoing replacement of aging assets, both of whichhave accelerated over the past five years.

How to Participate in the RFP Process: TfNSW invites Australian approved distributers and resellers to provide Services asdetailed in the Scope of Services to register for the RFP by submitting a signed Confidentiality Deed Poll (in the form provided at Attachment 1 of this Invitation) via email to Tanjot.Kaur@transport.nsw.gov.au.

Please note that the contents of the Confidentiality Deed Poll are non-negotiable.

Upon receipt of a duly executed Confidentiality Deed Poll in accordance with thisInvitation, TfNSW will provide access to RFP documents held in the Ariba Portal.
