Mechanical Upgrades to Library, Café and Block C - Byford Secondary College

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Mechanical Upgrades to Library, Café and Block C (C1 & C10) at Byford Secondary College.

The Work includes but is not limited to the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of the mechanical services as detailed in PROMSA25193 - Annexure 1 – Scope, Specifications and Drawings for the following buildings/blocks listed below:

• Library
• Café
• Block C (C1 & C10)

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 57 Abernethy Rd, Byford on 17 Dec, 2025 10:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Byford Secondary College. The location of the briefing will be 57 Abernethy Rd, Byford.
