Tender Description
This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The supplier must ensure delivery of the following outcomes:
- SharePoint Online configured and implemented to meet National Archives of Australia (NAA) standards for electronic records and document management, ensuring compliance with Australian Government requirements.
- Workflow automation and compliance controls established using Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Purview to support governance.
- Knowledge transfer, providing clear documentation and training to internal technician staff to enable ongoing management and capability.
To achieve these outcomes, the supplier will provide a technician with:
- Proven expertise in Microsoft SharePoint Online configuration and implementation.
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian Government compliance requirements for records management.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Purview for automation and compliance.
Engagement Details:
One day per week until 30 June 2026, with an option to extend for six months under the same conditions.
