Werribee South Boat Ramp - Construction Works

The purpose of this Contract is for Council to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake a program of construction works at the Werribee South Boat Ramp, Beach Road - Werribee South, VIC 3030.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to the construction of:

•  An additional boat ramp lane to the western ramp
•  Construction of new abatement, gangway and floating pontoon
•  Earthworks and limited dredging for extension of the boat ramp
•  Construction of new stormwater outfall, and
•  Other supplementary works.

We are targeting a construction start date in April 2026 with practical completion by December 2026.

The successful Contractor will be required to deliver the project in accordance with the approved designs, specifications, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements. Including conditions associated with Marine & Coastal Act Consent (DELWP, 0704431/SP485367), Planning Permit (Wyndham City Council, WCC), Landowners Consent and Work on Waterway Permit from Parks Victoria.
