Tender Description
The Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital (Hospital) invites Tenders for the provision of Hospital Support Services, comprising:
- Food Services
- Cleaning
- Ward Support
- Distribution
- Grounds and Garden
The Hospital seeks a partner who can:
- Provide and manage staffing, training, and upskilling to ensure service excellence.
- Supply and maintain necessary equipment & relevant consumables to support the requirement.
- Implement robust systems and processes to maintain continuity, address operational challenges promptly, and uphold the RVEEH’s commitment to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
