Coliban Future Workplace - Refurbishment & Fit Out

Coliban Water invites tender submissions for the upcoming tender for Renovation of the existing Coliban Water office at 37-45 Bridge Street. Work will include updating building services and office fit out. A minimum registration with the Building and Plumbing Commission as a Commercial Builder – Limited to structural fit-out work will be required. Location of the work is Bendigo, VIC

Questions will be answered up until 5:00pm on 26 March 2026 and Question and Answer Addendums will be posted on this site intermittently. Note that Local Jobs First, Social Procurement and Fair Jobs Code requirements will form part of this tender.
