Veterinary Services

Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified, reliable and experienced Tenderers to provide specialist veterinary services to the Fraser Coast Adoption Centre and Pound, on-site at the facility (general health assessments, microchipping, vaccinations, euthanasia), and off-site primarily for the desexing of animals on adoption, as well as for emergency services. We also may need to purchase Vet Supplies for the facility on behalf of the clinic. Veterinary Practices with experience working in a compliance or pound environment will be highly regarded.

•  Non-Price Response Form: PDF including all supporting documentation as one file. This PDF must not contain any price related criteria.
•  Price Response Form: Excel
