Submersible and Pressure System Sewer Pump Supplier Panel

Contractors are required to submit a tender (including pricing schedules) for all portions of the services they wish to be considered for.

Contractors submitting tenders for one panel may also be eligible to tender for others.

Hunter Water will determine the final number of Contractors on the Panels, based on their relevant experience and assessment of tender responses.

In accordance with the Conditions of Tendering, Hunter Water reserves the right to appoint more than one Contractor for the supply of any or all of the goods and/or services.

Tenderers may tender for individual separable portions or ALL portions.

Where this is assessed to be the case, we will consider including additional suppliers as appropriate, and a tender that does not address all services will NOT be considered non-compliant.

We recommend all potential service providers register and attend the site visit session to assist your decision to tender for any element of these services.

Panel A - Submersible Sewer Pumps

This tender is for the supply and delivery of Submersible and Dry Mounted Submersible Electric Pumps and ancillary equipment for use in Hunter Waters sewage pumping stations available at Hunter Waters discretion based around KPIs.

Panel B - Low Pressure Sewer Pumps

This tender is for the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of small Submersible Electric Pumps and ancillary equipment (control boards, floats, control panel, post and isolator) for use in Hunter Waters pressure sewer system available at Hunter Waters discretion based around KPIs.
