Cleaning Services Loddon/Campaspe Offices and Facilities

⁠⁠⁠Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to provide cleaning services across 5 GMW office and recreation areas in the Loddon/Campaspe region: Eppalock, Cairn Curran, Laanecoorie, Tullaroop and Newlyn.

Service delivery requirements vary by site and include a combination of weekly, monthly, and seasonal cleaning activities.

The successful contractor will be required to comply with all relevant legislative, environmental, and occupational health and safety obligations.

Safety Wear

All personnel attending the briefing session and site inspection must bring and wear the following mandatory safety gear, as GMW will not be providing any equipment:

• Long sleeved clothing
• Long pants
• Enclosed shoes

Anyone failing to bring and wear the required safety gear may not be allowed to participate in the inspection

A briefing session will be held at GMW Office – Cairn Curran, 90-96 Cairn Curran Road, Baringhup, VIC, Australia, 3463 on 16 June 2026 09:00 am.
