Tender Description
The Shire of Exmouth (the Shire) is seeking proposals from experienced food retail operators to manage and operate the Learmonth Airport Cafe located within Learmonth Airport Departure lounge in the municipal of Exmouth (WA).
This arrangement is proposed to be via a sub-lease from the Shire to the successful cafe operator and subject to Council and Department of Defence approval.
