Tender Description
Council is inviting tender submissions from suitably qualified and duly experienced Contractors, for the demolition and reconstruction of Wootten Tennis Courts 4 to 9 located at the Hoppers Crossing Tennis Club.
Tenderers to note that the Contractor will be required to engage and manage a specialist 3rd party entity to complete the tennis court resurfacing works, along with the installation of a Book-a-Court system.
The Tender Package is available for download via note that registration on the portal is required. There is no cost to register.
All enquiries, RFIs relating to the works or services should be directed through the Message Forum established for this tender.
All submissions must be electronically submitted via Tender Link no later than 12.00 Noon (AEDT) Wednesday 17 December 2025.
Late or emailed tenders will not be accepted. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
