Commercial Leasing and Licencing Opportunities in Eildon

As the owner and manager of extensive landholdings across northern Victoria, Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is seeking to identify and progress the highest and best use of its land assets around Lake Eildon.

Through this Expression of Interest (EOI) process, GMW invites proposals for commercial developments that align with existing land uses, complement the surrounding environment and support the strategic objectives of the Activating Lake Eildon Master Plan.

GMW is offering 16 individual parcels of land that may be considered individually, collectively or as part of a combined proposal. This represents a significant opportunity for developers, investors and commercial operators to secure long-term lease or licence arrangements with GMW for developments that enhance the region’s tourism, recreation and economic potential.

This EOI constitutes the first stage of a two-stage process to identify shortlisted respondents who may be invited to participate in a subsequent procurement phase.
