Dartmouth IP Camera Phase 2

Goulburn Murray Water are seeking the services of suitably qualified contractor to undertake the design and installation of a new IP video camera network at Dartmouth Dam. The Contract will require the Design and Construction of the network for deployment across the dam site at various locations across this critical infrastructure.

GMW will be free-issuing all cameras to the contractor as well as the Network Video Recorder (NVR) required for the cameras to network to. The cameras and NVR will be sourced from the Avigilon H5A/H6A range of cameras.

The camera installation will provide remote surveillance capability and enhance operational and physical site security. The Tender proposes the installation of 9 pole mounted IP cameras located in various positions around the embankment.

The designs must include details for the mounting poles or mounting brackets for the cameras and any ancillary equipment required at each location. The designs must include the model numbers of all components proposed for each location – including their mounting systems and any excavation works required to facilitate their safe installation.

The successful bidder will be engaged under VPS Minor Works Contract.

A non-mandatory site visit will be available to tenderers to attend. Tenderers will have the option to attend on 17th February at 2pm or 18th February at 10am.

Tenderers are required to register their intent to attend by 5pm 13th February 2026.
