Colac Bay Surfer Statue Replacement

⁠⁠⁠Southland District Council is seeking submissions from artists or other suitably experienced Suppliers to design, construct and install a replacement for the Colac Bay surfer statue which remains faithful to the original iconic design of a surfer riding a wave. Specific guidance relating to the design can be found below in Section 2: Our requirements.
