Tender Description
The Central Coast Council is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for Glazing Services under a Triennial Services Contract. This contract will be for three (3) years, with the option for one (1) year extension at the Council's discretion.
The Glazing Services Contract covers the provision of reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, and minor capital works involving glass and glazing in Council-owned buildings and facilities. Services include the supply, installation, repair, and replacement of glass, glazing systems, and associated components to maintain safety, security, and presentation.
The Contractor is required to carry out all glazing works in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, manufacturer specifications, and Council requirements. Minor capital works may be delivered under this Contract on a lump sum basis following the submission and acceptance of a Contractor quotation.
