UniPOL-Digital System Upgrade

The University of Otago is seeking an off-the-shelf, vendor-supported system to manage gym facility operations at UniPOL, our Dunedin-based student recreation center.

The solution must replace fragmented legacy systems and deliver:

• Digital membership management

• Self-service portals for bookings, payments, and rentals

• Real-time or near real-time provisioning

• Integration with University and Polytechnic Student Management Systems (SMS) for automatic entitlement validation

• Integration with Gallagher and other access systems for secure facility access

• PCI DSS compliant payment processing

• Data migration

• Comprehensive staff training
