Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The University of Otago requires an external provider of the annual IQP inspections and certifications of selected specified systems for our building portfolio to ensure compliance with the Building Act 2004 and its subsequent amendments.

This proposal is not looking for:

- Daily, weekly, monthly etc. inspections of the specified systems undertaken by University staff

- Other IQP inspection and reporting services than those than those listed in this RFP

- Any other inspection, reporting or consultancy related to University buildings

- Inspections for the University buildings in Christchurch, Wellington or Auckland
