Tender Description
Landcom is inviting responses to acquire up to three sites at 27-29 Hospital Road, Bulli.
Sites 1, 2 and 3 form part of our subdivision of the former Bulli Hospital site, where a mix of homes will put future residents within easy reach of Bulli train station, local schools, shops, parks and community facilities.
ITT closes 4.00 pm AEST on 25th September 2025.
