Tender Description
The District Council of Robe is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified consultants to provide strategic advice regarding the future use of Council-owned land at Allotment 72 (No. 11) Hateley Crescent, Robe.
The EOI process aims to identify capable providers who can:
• Undertake market analysis to identify local and regional demand for various housing, community, or development types;
• Prepare a cost–benefit analysis for potential land use scenarios (e.g. Independent Living Units, affordable/worker housing, community facilities, mixed-use development, subdivision and sale);
• Develop high-level options and recommendations for the site, including staging, risk, and return considerations;
• Outline their proposed methodology, timeframe, and fee structure.
This process is exploratory in nature and does not commit Council to any specific development outcome.
