Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is seeking an Expressions of Interest of suitably qualified contractors for the construction of the St Joseph's Riverwood Redevelopment Project.

The proposed solution aims to address the shortfall in teaching spaces and improve the overall functionality of the educational facilities.

The approach includes the construction of a new Block E, refurbishment and repurposing of spaces in Block A, refurbishment of existing learning spaces throughout, refurbishment of Administration Block D and improvement of external areas.
