Tender Description
Lockhart Shire Council Statement of Business Ethics apply to the works. By undertaking to perform the works, the contractor warrants it is not precluded from entering the contract and accepting the works and agrees that it will be taken to have read and understood, and that it will comply with, the Expectations of Council in regard to service providers.
