RFT Folk & Hillgrove Upgrade

⁠⁠⁠Armidale Council are seeking a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the Folk & Hillgrove Museum Upgrade.

Tenders are invited for the works which include plumbing/sewer upgrade, construction of disabled access and bathroom, kitchenette, electrical upgrade, remove of hazardous material, carpentry and joinery in Heritage listed buildings.

A pre-tender briefing meeting will be held on site, at the Folk Museum (Cnr Rusden/Faulkner Street, Armidale NSW) and at Hillgrove Museum (Scouler Street, Hillgrove New South Wales 2350) on Wednesday 26th June 2025 commencing at 1pm at the Folk Museum which will be directly followed by the Hillgrove Museum inspection.

Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
