Tender Description
The Council is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified consultants to provide urban design and placemaking services. This will include preparation of concept plans, visualisations, detailed construction plans including survey, detailed design and drawings, and cost estimation. The successful consultant will also be required to conduct community engagement sessions and present plans and findings to Councillors.
