Tender Description

Requirement is to undertake construction Stage 1 & 2 of the Marine Industry Park, consisting of a 12 lot purpose-built industrial subdivision and associated sewer infrastructure headworks.

The Stage 1 & 2 works also include provision for future electrical, water and communications services connections for future subdivision Stages 3 & 4 which are located to the east of the new collector road and comprises 5 lots in total.

Stages 1 & 2 also includes upgrades to the existing Berrimah Rd intersection, and the construction of a new sewer pumping station (as a separable portion).
