This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The CDPP requires the services of an Australian government procurement SME to assist with contract development, evaluation assessment and negotiation of contract terms with a to be selected EDRMS SaaS service provider. The CDPP will be using the DTA’s Cloud Marketplace
Contract document as the basis of the EDRMS SaaS engagement. Assistance will include/extend to the preparation of accompanying documents (eg. CPR obligations, risk statements and negotiation outcomes report).
Proposals should include:
Scope of work, including options for the different phases of work required
• Timelines
• Engagement team and rate card
• Schedule of fees
• Engagement team resume’s
An outline of recent experience and deliverables for similar Government agencies
Estimated start date: Monday, 12 May 2025
Initial contract duration: 3 months
Extension term: 1 month
Number of extensions: 2
Working arrangements: Remote
Due to the geographical dispersity of the project team members all meetings will be held via MS Teams.
