Tender Description
Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to construct 700 m² exposed aggregate footpath at Kingston Beach foreshore. The package of work also includes the installation kerb and channel, water pipes and stop valves, new stormwater infrastructure, bollards, signages and landscaping as well as minor adjustments of existing services together with associated minor civil works.
The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works.
Tenders close Thursday 1st May 2025 at 2PM.
A pre-tender meeting will be held on Thursday 10th April 2025 at 10:00 AM, on site at Kingston Beach (outside public toilet). Additional information is provided in the tender documents.
