Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠We are seeking an experienced event management company to coordinate the execution of the eeger launch roadshow. The roadshow will take place in each capital city across Australia, showcasing a new job search platform for industry professionals within Travel, Hospitality, and Tourism.

eeger is seeking end-to-end event management from venue sourcing, catering, theming and onsite logistics for each of the events.

The cocktail style product launch events are planned for May-June 2025 and will look to be completed within a two-week (business days only) period. Each event will run for approximately 2 hours in the afternoon.
