Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Contract Works include the following elements:

1) Removal of contaminated sludge from the base of the old emergency overflow pond to a level that no longer has an elevated level of contaminants.

2) Work and liaise with the principal’s contracted contamination consultant to validate the site has been removed of all contaminated material.

3) Remediation of the land including filling in the pond area with surrounding soil and recontouring the site.
