Tender Description
The The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage Department requires the services of a single Contractor to work with the Department’s ICT personnel and deliver a high-quality, customer-focused service.
The proposed ICT Integrated Services Delivery model, which aligns with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V4, will facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to increasing the Department’s ICT maturity in respect of processes and knowledge management. The model will provide business-as-usual (BAU) support while offering the flexibility to scale service capacity up or down in line with the Department’s transformation journey.
