Tender Description
The Waratah-Wynyard Council is seeking tenders from experienced Building Construction contractors, partnered with sub trades, civil construction contractor and landscaping contractor and similar organisations for the construction of the Boat Harbour Beach Community Facility, Civil works and Foreshore Precinct Redevelopment.
At a high level the project entails
- Demolition works.
- New community facility incorporating a surf lifesaving club (Member and operational spaces) , Cafe and public amenities.
- Civil works including roading, carparking, stormwater drainage, sewerage works etc.
- Landscaping including open spaces, green roof, plantings, play equipment, street furniture , paths, and the like.
