Tender Description

Lendlease Construction (Southern) Pty Limited has been awarded the ECI Phase Contract (Early Contractor Involvement) to work collaboratively to develop key inputs such as time, cost & quality advice to the broader project team. The conversion of the current ECI to MC (Managing Contractor) will occur in Quarter 4, 2023. Lendlease will then deliver the full project scope for the NewWCH Project on behalf of the Department for Health and Wellbeing (SA Health).

Project Scope at the SAPOL Barracks site is as follows:

  • 5,500m2 Central Energy Plant (Separate Building)
