Tender Description
Blacktown City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced person(s), entities or firms for natural areas management and maintenance services. The initial period of the Contract will be for 3 years with options in favour of Council for a further period of 2 x 1-year extensions subject to satisfactory performance and Council requirements. Council may select a single or a panel of contractors for the services
Scope of works
Tenderer must submit a tender for Part A, Part B is optional. The tender submission shall indicate clearly the submitted option in the returnable schedule.
Part A – Bush Revegetation and Regeneration
Includes bush regeneration work such as weed removal and maintenance, WSUD maintenance, weed control, erosion control measures and revegetation works.
Part B – Wetland Sediment and Vegetation Removal
Includes specialist labour works, equipment hire, temporary fence erection, traffic control measures and erosion control measures.
