Provision of Creative Advertising Services

The Western Australian Electoral Commission (WAEC) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver strategic and creative advertising services for the 2025 State Election and other ad hoc electoral campaigns. WAEC's advertising aims to raise awareness and understanding of electoral events, enable effective participation in elections and build trust in the electoral process.

The Contractor will be required to provide creative advertising and related services including strategy, creative concepts, production, mass media advertising, tactics, and associated marketing activities.
