Facility Supervision Services

⁠⁠⁠Lockyer Valley Regional Council (Council) are seeking to engage a suitably qualified and capable supplier to provide Facility Supervision Services to Council's waste facilities.

Key requirements under this contract are to provide the following:

• Appropriately trained personnel to manage day-to-day operational requirements effectively and efficiently for specified waste facilities located in the Lockyer Valley Region;

• Daily maintenance to all waste facilities to an acceptable standard and in adherence to Environmental Protection and Workplace Health and Safety legislation;

• Versatility to align services to the changing needs of Council and the community in relation to waste Facilities locations, types, operating hours and services offered;

• Work collaboratively with Council employees and other contracted providers to meet the needs of Council and the Community.

The successful Supplier will:

• Serve the waste and resource recovery needs of the Lockyer Valley Regional community.

• To deliver services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Ensure procurement activities are carried out in a professional manner.

• Ensure Officers delegated to act in relation to this project are informed, with a clear understanding of the project intent and responsibilities, to make sound decisions.

• Ensure that all procurement activities are undertaken in accordance with the legal and statutory obligations with respect to the internal policies and procedures of LVRC.
