Gambling Contact Officer Training

The ACT Gambling and Racing Commission are seeking a qualified and experienced service provider to develop and provide training that meets the yearly requirements for the ongoing appointment of Gambling Contact Officers (GCOs) under the Gambling and Racing Control (Code of Practice) Regulation 2002 (the Services).

The Services will include:

•developing appropriate and targeted training for GCO’s that meets the requirements under the Code of Practice and is consistent with concepts and expectations of the Commission's public health approach to gambling harm prevention; and

•delivering the training (face to face) to GCO’s at scheduled intervals throughout the year, or as requested by the Commission.
